Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rebel Bark, we want you and your dog to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be free from dog hair, dirt, odours, or damage

  • Include original tags and packaging where possible

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns that arrive used or not in resellable condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos if possible

We’ll sort it as quickly as we can.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we’ll do our best to help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
